Sports is to the body what thought is for the soul. Our bodies need both intellectual and physical exercise to thrive. Most Unixplorians have a penchant for sports that challenges both mind and body. That is why sports like archery are so popular among our people. Running is another activity we gladly devote ourselves to. Cardiovascular training is essential for everyone, and also promotes concentration and discipline.

 

Idrott är för kroppen vad tanken är för själen. Våra kroppar mår bra av såväl intellektuell som fysisk träning. Unixplorianer har en förkärlek för sporter som utmanar både kropp och sinne. Därför är idrotter som bågskytte populära hos vårt folk. Löpning är en annan aktivitet vi gärna ägnar oss åt. Konditionsträning är grundläggande för alla, och gynnar också koncentration och disciplin.

Video games and other digital games are very popular among our people. We encourage this interest, but we are also encourage our citizens to think critically about the ethical discourse of the games being played. We do not censor our world, but we do think that entertainment should be chosen wisely.

 

TV-spel och andra digitala spel är mycket populära bland vårt folk. Vi uppmuntrar detta intresse, men vi uppmuntrar också våra medborgare att tänka kritiskt om den etiska diskurs spelen de spelar har. Vi censurerar inte vår värld, men vi tror att underhållning bör väljas med eftertanke.

Chess is undoubtly the sport of kings. The game is an excecise for the mind, it teaches both humility and tactical skills. The Kingdom of Unixploria honors this ancient game each year by organizing a national tournament. The winner's name is forever inscribed in the annals of Unixplorian chess.

 

Schack är otvivelaktigt sportens konung. Spelet är en övning för sinnet, det lär både ödmjukhet och taktiska färdigheter. Konungariket Unixploria hedrar detta gamla spel varje år genom att anordna en nationell turnering. Vinnarens namn är för evigt inskrivet i den Unixplorianska schackens krönikor.

Archery and target practice are common pastimes among our citizens. Each year we celebrate our sharp-shooters by holding a national convention where citizens of all ages can exchange information about their hobby as well as browsing through new items to add to their collections.

 

Bågskytte och skytte är vanliga fritidssysselsättningar bland våra medborgare. Varje år hyllar vi våra prickskyttar genom att anordna en mässa där medborgare i alla åldrar kan utbyta information om sitt fritidsintresse. Dessutom bjuds det på rika möjligheter att titta på nya saker att lägga till de befintliga samlingarna.
