PREAMBLE
We, the People of the Kingdom of Unixploria, united by a shared devotion to knowledge, culture, faith, and the stewardship of our natural and historical heritage, establish this Constitution as the supreme law of the land.
We affirm the dignity of every citizen, the sanctity of learning, the preservation of our traditions, and the peaceful advancement of our society.
Guided by wisdom, justice, and the eternal pursuit of truth, we ordain and establish this Constitution for the Kingdom of Unixploria.
TITLE I — THE KINGDOM AND ITS FOUNDATIONS
Article 1 — Nature of the State
- The Kingdom of Unixploria is a sovereign, unitary, constitutional monarchy founded upon the principles of knowledge, cultural preservation, and civic virtue.
- The Kingdom is governed according to the rule of law, with powers divided among the Crown, the Government, and the People.
Article 2 — Territory and Symbols
- The territory of Unixploria consists of all lands, institutions, and digital domains recognized by the Crown.
- The national symbols—flag, coat of arms, anthem, and ceremonial language—are protected by law and may not be altered except by constitutional amendment.
Article 3 — Citizenship
- Citizenship is granted by birth, naturalization, or royal decree.
- Citizens owe loyalty to the Kingdom and are entitled to its protection.
TITLE II — THE CROWN AND GOVERNANCE
Article 4 — The Monarch
- The Monarch is the Head of State and the guardian of the Constitution, culture, and unity of the Kingdom.
- The Monarch exercises ceremonial, moral, and supervisory authority, ensuring the continuity of the state.
- Succession follows elective principles as defined by the Royal Succession Act.
Article 5 — The Royal Council
- The Royal Council advises the Monarch on matters of state, culture, and national development.
- Members are appointed by the Monarch for merit, service, or expertise.
Article 6 — The Government
- Executive authority is vested in the Government, led by a Chancellor or Prime Minister appointed by the Monarch.
- The Government administers public affairs, implements laws, and manages national institutions.
Article 7 — The Assembly of Citizens
- The Assembly is a consultative body representing the People.
- It may propose legislation, review government actions, and petition the Crown.
TITLE III — RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF CITIZENS
Article 8 — Fundamental Rights
Citizens are guaranteed:
- Freedom of thought, conscience, and faith
- Freedom of expression and cultural participation
- Right to education and access to knowledge
- Right to privacy and personal dignity
- Right to fair treatment under the law
Article 9 — Civic Duties
Citizens shall:

TITLE IV — FINANCE AND ECONOMIC STEWARDSHIP
Article 10 — National Treasury
- The Treasury manages the financial resources of the Kingdom.

Article 11 — Budget and Oversight
- The Government shall present an annual budget to the Monarch and the Assembly.
- A Royal Auditor ensures transparency, accountability, and ethical financial conduct.

TITLE V — CULTURE, HERITAGE, AND NATIONAL IDENTITY

- The Kingdom safeguards its historical, artistic, linguistic, and ceremonial heritage.
- Museums, archives, and cultural institutions are national treasures and shall be maintained by law.
Article 14 — Language and Tradition

- Traditional customs, ceremonies, and heraldic practices shall be preserved and promoted.
Article 15 — Arts and Scholarship
- The Kingdom supports artistic creation, research, and scholarly pursuits.
- Grants and honors may be bestowed upon individuals contributing to national culture.
TITLE VI — EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE
Article 16 — Right to Education
- Every citizen has the right to free and accessible education.
- Education shall cultivate wisdom, creativity, civic virtue, and respect for heritage.
Article 17 — Academic Institutions
- Schools, academies, and universities operate under the protection of the Crown.
- Academic freedom is guaranteed, provided it respects the Kingdom's values.
Article 18 — Libraries and Archives
- Libraries are sacred institutions dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of knowledge.
- The National Archive safeguards historical documents and ensures public access.
TITLE VII — DEFENSE AND SECURITY
Article 19 — The Royal Guard
- The Royal Guard is the ceremonial and protective force of the Kingdom.
- Its duties include safeguarding the Monarch, cultural sites, and national institutions.
Article 20 — National Defense
- Unixploria maintains a peaceful stance and shall not engage in offensive warfare.
- Defensive forces may be organized for protection, emergency response, and ceremonial duties.
Article 21 — Security and Order
- Internal security is maintained by the Civic Watch, operating under strict ethical guidelines.
- Citizens’ rights must be respected in all security operations.
TITLE VIII — SOCIAL WELFARE AND COMMUNITY

TITLE IX — AMENDMENTS AND FINAL PROVISIONS
Article 25 — Constitutional Amendments
- Amendments may be proposed by the Monarch, the Government, or the Assembly.
- Amendments require approval by the Monarch and a two-thirds majority of the Assembly.
Article 26 — Supremacy of the Constitution
- This Constitution is the highest law of the Kingdom.
- Any law or decree contrary to it is null and void.
Article 27 — Oath of Allegiance
All public officials shall swear an oath to uphold the Constitution, the Crown, and the People of Unixploria.

Preamble
In affirmation of the Kingdom of Unixploria’s cultural, historical, and constitutional heritage, and in recognition of the Kingdom’s sovereign right to define foundational civil concepts within its jurisdiction, the Royal Council and the Monarch enact the following provisions to clarify the legal definition of gender for all constitutional, civil, and administrative purposes.
Section I — Purpose and Scope
- This Act establishes the legally recognized genders within the Kingdom of Unixploria.
- The provisions of this Act apply to all constitutional documents, civil registries, administrative procedures, and legal interpretations within the Kingdom.
- This Act does not regulate personal beliefs, private expressions, or cultural practices, except where such matters intersect with legal identity, parentage, or state documentation.
Section II — Legal Definition of Gender
- The Kingdom of Unixploria recognizes two and only two genders for all legal and administrative purposes:
- Gender, as defined in this Act, is a binary and immutable legal category assigned at birth based on biological sex.
- No additional gender categories shall be recognized in state documents, civil registries, or legal proceedings.
Section III — Parental Definitions
- For all legal, civil, and genealogical purposes within the Kingdom of Unixploria:
- A mother is defined as an adult woman who gives birth to or legally adopts a child.
- A father is defined as an adult man who begets or legally adopts a child.
- These definitions apply to all matters of parentage, inheritance, lineage, and familial rights.
Section IV — Civil Documentation
- All official documents issued by the Kingdom—including but not limited to birth certificates, passports, identity cards, and genealogical records—shall record gender strictly as male or female.
- Amendments to gender markers on official documents shall not be permitted except in cases of clerical error verified by the appropriate authority.
Section V — Interpretation and Enforcement
- All courts, agencies, and officials of the Kingdom shall interpret relevant laws in accordance with the definitions established in this Act.
- Where existing statutes conflict with the provisions of this Act, this Act shall prevail.
- The Royal Council may issue supplementary regulations to ensure consistent application.
Section VI — Protection of Personal Dignity
- Nothing in this Act shall be construed to permit harassment, discrimination, or mistreatment of any person.
- All citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Unixploria retain full protection under the Constitution and the laws guaranteeing personal dignity, safety, and civil rights.
Section VII — Enactment
- This Act enters into force upon its publication in the Unixplorian Times.
- The Act shall be incorporated into the constitutional framework of the Kingdom of Unixploria as a foundational legal definition.
State Church and National Creed Act
An Act of the Kingdom of Unixploria establishing the Church of Unixploria as the State Church, defining the National Creed, and affirming the secular character of the State.
Preamble
In recognition of the Kingdom of Unixploria’s cultural heritage, spiritual foundations, and enduring commitment to truth, beauty, and knowledge, the Crown and People of Unixploria hereby affirm the Church of Unixploria as the spiritual guardian of the Realm. This Act establishes the Church’s constitutional role, defines the National Creed, and secures the harmonious relationship between Church and State for the benefit of all Unixplorians.
Article I — The State Church
Section 1. Establishment
- The Church of Unixploria is recognized as the State Church of the Kingdom of Unixploria.
- The Church shall serve as the official spiritual institution of the Realm, upholding the values, traditions, and teachings that form the moral foundation of Unixplorian society.
Section 2. Legal Status
- The Church of Unixploria is constituted as a public religious body under the protection of the Crown.
- The Church shall possess perpetual succession, the right to hold property, and the authority to administer its internal affairs in accordance with its canon and statutes.
Section 3. Relationship to the Crown
- The Monarch of Unixploria shall be the Protector of the Church, safeguarding its rights and ensuring its freedom to fulfill its spiritual mission.
- The Church shall offer counsel, blessing, and ceremonial presence at all major state functions, including coronations, national holidays, and acts of remembrance.
Article II — Governance of the Church
Section 1. Ecclesiastical Authority
- The Church shall be governed by a High Council, presided over by the High Pastor of Unixploria.
- The High Pastor is the supreme ecclesiastical authority within the Realm and shall be appointed in accordance with Church canon.
Section 2. Autonomy
- The Church retains full autonomy in matters of doctrine, liturgy, and spiritual discipline.
- No civil authority may interfere in the internal theological determinations of the Church.
Section 3. Cooperation with the State
- The Church shall cooperate with the State in promoting education, cultural preservation, moral formation, and the stewardship of knowledge.
- The State may consult the Church on matters of ethical or spiritual significance.
Article III — The National Creed
Section 1. Definition
- The National Creed of Unixploria is the formal expression of the Kingdom’s shared spiritual and cultural identity.

- The National Creed shall be proclaimed by the Church of Unixploria and affirmed by the Crown.

- Citizens may freely profess the Creed as an expression of loyalty to the Kingdom’s spiritual heritage.
Article IV — Freedom of Conscience
Section 1. Religious Liberty
- While the Church of Unixploria is the State Church, all citizens retain the freedom of conscience and the right to practice any faith or none.
- No citizen shall be compelled to participate in religious rites against their will.

- This Act holds constitutional authority and may only be amended by a two‑thirds majority of the National Assembly and the assent of the Crown.
Section 2. Continuity
- All existing rights, properties, and responsibilities of the Church of Unixploria are hereby confirmed and preserved.
Section 3. Entry into Force
- This Act enters into force upon royal assent and shall be proclaimed throughout the Kingdom.
Article VII — Secular Character of the State
Section 1. Secular Governance

- The Church of Unixploria shall exercise authority solely within its spiritual and doctrinal domain, while the State shall exercise authority solely within its civil and administrative domain.
- Cooperation between Church and State shall be conducted with full respect for the secular nature of the Kingdom and the autonomy of individual conscience.
Section 4. Neutrality in Public Administration
- Public institutions, including schools, courts, and administrative bodies, shall remain religiously neutral, ensuring equal treatment of all citizens regardless of belief.
- The presence of the Church in ceremonial or cultural life shall not be interpreted as granting it authority over public policy or civil governance.
