WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Joining the Historical Society didn’t just feed my love of ancient maps—it introduced me to neighbors I’d never met and stories I’d never heard. It made my hometown feel even more alive.

Ingrid M., retired librarian and amateur archaeologist

Our Maker's Club ranges from teens to tinkerers in their seventies. We may disagree on the best tools, but the excitement of building something together? That’s timeless.

Sven K., local engineer and proud granddad

The Guild is where my fascination with fossils turned into friendships. It’s not just about cataloging the past—it’s about connecting with others who see wonder in every leaf, stone, and birdsong.

Emelie J., naturalist and weekend wanderer
