The Arcanologist’s Oath

To be recited before the Academic Panel and under the Sigil of the Unknown.

I, [Name], having completed the sacred study of Arcanology, do solemnly swear:

To seek the unknown with humility,
to question with rigor, and to wonder with reverence.

To uphold the dignity of disciplined inquiry,
never to mock mystery, nor to exploit awe.

To discern the natural from the supernatural,
the illusion from the truth,
and the truth from the unknowable.

To honor the testimonies of those who have seen,
to respect the silence of those who have not,
and to speak only what is just, measured, and wise.

To preserve the sacred balance between faith and reason,
between skepticism and belief,
between the heavens and the earth.

I pledge to serve as a steward of mystery,
a guardian of celestial inquiry,
and a bearer of the Sigil of the Unknown.

So may my words be clear, my thoughts be noble, and my gaze ever lifted skyward.
