We are proud to acknowledge that individuals in our great kingdom are the rightful successors to the medieval Order of the Star Cross.
The order itself was established 1022, and we humbly continue the order's proud legacy, traditons and aims.
The order was founded in 1022 by the French King Robert II (sometimes referred to as Robert the Pious or Robert the Wise) who collected church hymns. Collecting is still a prerequisite for becoming a Star Cross Knight. All members of the order must be of Christian faith. New apprentices must be recommended by a senior member in order to become a knight of the first degree.
First degree: Apprentice
Second degree: Companion
Third degree: Master
Fourth degree: Knight
The order is led by a Supreme Knight.
